金吾财讯 | 港股水泥股普跌，截至发稿，金隅集团（02009）跌3.33%，中国建材（03323）跌3.31%，华润建材科技（01313）跌3.24%，海螺水泥（00914）跌2.45%，西部水泥（02233）跌1.40%。消息面上，中邮证券发布研报称，水泥整体需求表现平淡，出库量与去年同期相比仍有差距，需求恢复力度一般。多区域水泥价格已触及成本线，需求整体仍呈现较为疲软态势。基建方面，需求由稳转跌，房建需求持续疲弱，整体需求承压。从中期维度来看，水泥行业产能有望在限制超产政策下产能持续下降，产能利用率从而大幅提升带来利润弹性。华泰证券表示，随着水泥、浮法/光伏玻璃供给持续出清，尽管供需失衡幅度得到一定程度缓解，盈利底部逐步夯实，在行业供给自律减产力度加强的背景下，下半年价格存在阶段性修复机会。但在需求拐点到来之前，行业供需的再平衡过程仍将面临反复，国内景气或延续低位震荡，海外布局、股权投资是盈利重点支撑和增长点。
