Liberty Global (LBTYA) has selected Ardian, InfraVia Capital Partners and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan to advance to the next round of bidding for a stake in Belgian network company Wyre, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

The stake could be valued at about 1 billion euros ($1.14 billion), the report said.

Liberty Global is working with Goldman Sachs on the sale, while details including the stake size and timing remain subject to change, the sources reportedly said.

Liberty Global declined MT Newswires' request for comment.
