ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Open Standard CEO Zach Abrams 表示，公司并非由数百家参与者共同决策的联盟。公司日常事务由管理层负责，规模较小的创始合作伙伴群体拥有所有权及治理职能，其余合作伙伴则根据推动 OUSD 供应量和交易活动的贡献获得奖励。
Coinbase、Mastercard、Shopify、Stripe 和 Visa 已投资成为首批五家创始合作伙伴，并分别获得相同比例的初始股权。五家公司还承诺在未来数月投入超过 10 亿美元，为 OUSD 建立流动性。各公司的具体投资金额及持股比例暂未披露。
上述五家公司目前是 Open Standard 的全部投资者。Abrams 预计，创始合作伙伴未来将增至约 10 至 12 家，并计划成立由创始合作伙伴组成的董事会。与此同时，计划接入 OUSD 的合作伙伴已由今年 6 月的逾 140 家增至逾 200 家，最新加入者包括 SBI Holdings、瑞银及金融科技公司 Jeeves。
