消息面上，马鞍山钢铁股份发布公告，2026年9月29日，公司与马钢集团订立股权转让协议，据此，公司同意向马钢集团转让持有的目标公司(马鞍山马钢慈湖钢材加工配售有限公司)的92%股权，而马钢集团同意受让公司持有的目标公司的92%股权，转让代价为人民币1.36亿元。股权转让事项完成后，公司将不再持有目标公司的股权。
目标公司的主要业务为冷轧、镀锌、硅钢、彩涂加工、配售、仓储服务。股权转让事项有利于公司回笼约人民币1.36亿元资金，剥离已退出钢材延伸加工业务且2026年上半年亏损的非核心资产，从而有助于进一步改善公司资产质量、减少亏损源、聚焦钢铁主业并增强流动性，助力公司实现长远可持续发展，回笼资金，支撑公司高质量长远发展。
