路透10月5日 - 美国生物技术公司Alector周一表示，瑞士制药商罗氏（Roche） ROPC.S 将支付最高12.7亿美元，以获得其帕金森病实验性疗法 ALEC.O 的授权，受此消息提振，该公司股价在盘前交易中飙升72%。
罗氏旗下子公司基因泰克（Genentech）将 向Alector支付1亿美元预付款，若 该疗法达到研发、监管及销售目标，还将额外支付 最高11.7亿美元。 Alector还将获得专利使用费。
