路透10月13日 - 普里马维拉公司周二表示，已聘请前西方石油公司 OXY.N 和雪佛龙公司 CVX.N 的高管来领导公司运营，该公司正准备接管委内瑞拉的油田。
此次任命正值普里马维拉根据9月与碳氢化合物部及委内瑞拉国家石油公司（PDVSA）签署的协议，准备接管委内瑞拉油田的运营之际。 (link)

前西方石油公司高管金特罗（Oscar Quintero）将领导普里马维拉在委内瑞拉的运营团队
金特罗最近曾担任西方石油公司提高采收率部门的总裁，此前曾在壳牌 SHEL.L 和赫斯公司担任运营职务
普里马维拉任命前雪佛龙委内瑞拉公司高管马里奥·甘达拉（Mario Gandara）为首席商务官，豪尔赫·卡斯特罗（Jorge Castro）为财务与业务管理高级副总裁，伊维特·洛佩兹（Ivette Lopez）为法律与合规副总裁。他们此前均在雪佛龙委内瑞拉公司担任过类似职务。
普里马维拉还任命特洛伊·芬尼 （Troy Finney）为运营副总裁，约翰·格里默（John Grimmer）为工程与评估副总裁，迈克尔·詹森（Michael Jensen）为健康、安全、安保与环境运营副总裁
