CoreWeave（CRWV）盘中重挫14.51% 高管减持股票&市场预警融资成本与期限错配风险

金吾财讯 | CoreWeave（CRWV）盘中股价重挫14.51%，暂报66.52美元，成交额18.09亿美元。消息面上，据美股SEC公告，CoreWeave高管Jonathan Jones计划于2026年10月13日继续出售21,569股普通股，价值约为173万美元。而近日，Jones已于2026年10月12日出售了15,811股股票，总收益为127万美元。该出售计划于2026年6月18日通过。另一消息面上，据多家市场媒体披露，CoreWeave正争取保险行业庞大资金池，通过寻找成本更低的融资渠道，支撑其在芯片与AI基础设施上数百亿美元的投入。CoreWeave联合创始人、融资负责人布兰宁·麦克比表示，公司计划让更多依托芯片资产的债务、乃至公司主体本身获得投资级信用评级，从而向保险机构借款。保险行业资金“近乎无限，相当于保险资金池里汇集了全球海量资本”。不过，信用研究机构Credit Sights分析师Jordan Chalfin对此发表看法称，CoreWeave的融资手法极具创新性，但随着其他云厂商、大型科技企业都开始尝试同类芯片抵押融资，CoreWeave未来借款成本或将上行。他还提到，公司无担保债券收益率已经接近15%，投资者担忧长期数据中心租赁合约与较短客户算力合同存在期限错配风险。
