消息面上，10月15日，上海复旦发布公告，该集团预期于2026年前9个月实现营收约34.5亿-36.5亿元，同比增加约为14.07%至 20.68%；预计归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为9.5亿-11.5亿元，同比增加约为187.63%至248.18%；预计归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约为7亿-8.5亿元，同比增加约为130.97%至180.47%。
公告称，预期收入及净利润增加的主要原因为: 报告期内，公司坚持技术创新与产品迭代，持续拓展产品应用边界，拉动营业收入增长，推动产品结构优化；叠加行业景气度回升及下游客户需求增长因素，公司各产品线收入与综合毛利率均实现增长。公司强化存货精细化管理，动态优化备货安排。报告期内存货跌价损失较上年同期大幅下降。公司通过战略配售持有的盛合晶微半导体有限公司股份确认公允价值变动收益增加报告期的非经常性损益。
