金吾财讯 | 西方石油（OXY）盘前股价小幅走高，最新涨1.23%，报63.49美元。消息面上，投行Roth Capital将该股评级由中性上调至买入。理由为这家油气勘探生产企业相较同行拥有更高油价敏感度、持续改善的资产负债表、充足可钻探库存以及更低的产量递减率。Roth分析师Leo Mariani表示，西方石油是油气板块中把握油价上行机遇的优质标的，公司石油产量占比49%，约18%的石油销售定价较布伦特原油存在溢价；同时企业2027年及以后未做石油套期保值，可充分享受大宗商品涨价带来的收益。Mariani称公司将大部分自由现金流用于偿债，总债务目标为100亿美元，该目标大概率在近期达成；债务目标完成后公司将获得更多资本选项，2027年存在股票回购可能性，但为2029年8月赎回优先股储备现金仍是首要任务。分析师测算，在WTI油价65美元、2025-2030年产量零增长的假设条件下，公司通过削减14亿美元维持性资本开支、压降26亿美元成本，可新增40亿美元自由现金流，其中17亿美元的节约来自利息、优先股股息及管理行政费用。
