ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitcoin.com News 报道，比特币持仓公司 Strategy 股东将于 10 月 28 日表决是否调整 STRC、STRF、STRK 和 STRD 条款，使其可以按日设定分红登记日。提案需获得全部已发行普通股投票权的多数支持，弃权及经纪商未投票均视为反对，优先股持有人没有投票权。
Michael Saylor 目前掌握 32.9% 的总投票权，提案还需获得其他股东约 17 个百分点的支持。若获批，STRC 持有人可在 11 月 1 日至 30 日按日获得分红，合计每股 1 美元，年化利率为 12%；未获批则不会实施每日分红。
Strategy 将于 10 月 29 日公布第三季度业绩。截至 10 月 25 日，公司持有 848,517 枚比特币及 51 亿美元资产。
