消息面上，近日，华润置地发布公告，截至2026年9月30日止一个月，本公司及其附属公司(本集团)实现总合同销售金额约人民币155.0亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约41.8 万平方米，分别同比减少11.9%及31.5%。2026年前9月累计合同销售金额约人民币1646亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约447.1万平方米，分别同比增长6.6%及减少22.0%。
太平洋证券此前指出，截至2026年上半年末，华润置地综合借贷额为2711.8亿元，净有息负债率41.0%。融资方面，2026年上半年公司在境内公开市场获取融资115亿元，票面利率介于1.55%至2.00%区间。公司持续优化融资成本，2026年上半年末，加权平均债务融资成本为2.63%，较2025年底下降9BP，维持行业最低水平。
