Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991, HKG:0991) issued 1 billion yuan of 50-day, 1.23% bonds, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds form part of a 90-billion-yuan debt program. Proceeds will help repay interest-bearing debt and support working capital.
Industrial Bank is the lead underwriter and bookrunnier, while Bank of Jiangsu is the joint lead underwriter.
