广大用户朋友：

2026-2027年度采暖季已经到来，采暖季将继续执行“煤改电”电价补贴政策，现将有关政策解释如下：

1.政策执行时间：2026年10月25日-2027年4月10日

2.电量计量方式：“煤改电”电表与居民用电电表为同一电表的，生活用电量取5-9月份生活用电量平均值，每月超出平均值部分视为“煤改电”采暖使用电量。

3. 电价计价方式：采暖季“煤改电”电价为0.2862 元/度，采用“先缴费后补贴”的方式。采暖期结束后，经测算“煤改电”用电小于等于12000度，在执行0.2862 元/度电的基础上给予0.2元/度的补贴；超出12000度小于14300度的部分不予补贴，仍执行0.2862 元/度电价；超出14300度部分执行0.507元/度电价，不予补贴。

4.售后保障服务：因2022年4月以前安装的设备5年质保期已过，不再免费维修，用户可自行联系原售后或者相关技术人员付费维修。2022年4月后安装的设备免费服务。具体服务维修联系方式如下：
