DeepSeek第二轮超千亿融资曝光：腾讯宁德时代领投，国资占比暴增至27%

美国科技媒体The Information曝光DeepSeek第二轮融资规模及部分投资方名单。本轮融资吸引近30家投资方参与，腾讯、宁德时代继续作为主要投资方入局，长鑫存储、中芯国际、美团、vivo、小红书等企业也出现在投资名单中。The Information称，DeepSeek今年6月完成了约510亿元的首轮融资。此后，其第二轮融资目标曾多次调整，最初设置为500亿元，随后上调至约1000亿元。此次披露的1055亿元为更具体的融资规模，且公司估值已突破6155亿元。数据显示，国资背景投资者贡献了本轮融资金额的约27%，高于首轮融资时的2%。 出资方面，腾讯本轮投入100亿元，与首轮出资额持平，两轮累计投入200亿元。宁德时代及其董事长曾毓群本轮合计出资100亿元，高于首轮的50亿元。 除上述企业外，中国移动、中国电信、中金公司、中信证券及中国人寿等机构也参与了本轮融资，各自出资金额介于20亿至80亿元之间。 产业投资者方面，本轮新增的长鑫存储及朱一明，中芯国际也参与了投资。vivo、美团、美的、立讯精密、吉利、携程及小红书则分别出资10亿元至30亿元。 投资机构方面，由曹曦创立的砺思资本出资规模名列前茅，IDG资本在两轮中累计投资达65亿元，而博裕资本在本轮投资35亿元。
