消息面上，据Coinbase披露三季报数据显示，公司总营收12.16亿美元，同比下降35%(2025年同期为18.7亿美元)，其中交易相关营收更是同比下滑44%至5.9亿美元，个人投资者现货交易量同比下滑59%；当季经营利润仅6,170万美元，远低于去年同期的4.81亿美元。此外，CEO布莱恩·阿姆斯特朗、联合创始人弗雷德·埃尔斯姆以及总裁艾米莉·崔均近日制定了基于10b5-1规则的股票销售计划，涉及约1,360万股公司股票。
11月3日，摩根士丹利分析师 Michael Cyprys将Coinbase(COIN.US)评级由'中性'下调至'减持'，目标价从258美元大幅削减至120美元，降幅约53.49%。Coinbase第三季度营收为12.2亿美元，低于摩根士丹利预期6%。受此拖累，摩根士丹利将Coinbase 2027年和2028年的营收预测分别下调28%和18%。值得注意的是，此次评级下调标志着华尔街头部投行对头部交易所增长叙事的重新定价。
