新浪科技讯 11月4日下午消息，哔哩哔哩董事长兼CEO陈睿出席2026年世界互联网大会乌镇峰会，并在互联网企业家论坛上发表《AI时代的内容创作》主题演讲。

　　陈睿表示，最好的内容一定是由人类来主导创作。在他看来，优秀的作品不仅需要技术呈现，更需要创作者的个人表达。最好的内容，内核是触达人心。让作品获得观众认可的，是创作者自我表达和观众形成了共情。

　　在现场，陈睿分享了《牌子》等多部B站UP主创作的AI作品。在这些作品中，AI拓展了创作者的能力边界，让观察、思考、想法和兴趣有了更多实现方式，但创作的核心始终来自于人。陈睿表示，一部作品之所以优秀，不仅在于表现形式，更在于其中包含了创作者的个人表达。

　　同时，陈睿也认为，AI是视频产生以来最大的技术革命。未来，AI创作视频技术上一定会超过人类。但未来的好内容，应当由不断进步的制作技能，与触达人心的共情共同构成。技术会持续发展，但人们对好内容的理解并没有改变，即使阅读三千年前的《诗经》，今天的人们仍然会为其中的词句感动。

　　陈睿提出，B站要用最好的技术赋能给创作者，让创作者能够做好自我表达，在AI时代也能够做出最好的内容。
