WebX (HKG:0339) said the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has ruled that it failed to meet the requirements for continued listing, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.
The exchange has ordered the suspension of trading in the company's shares from Nov. 12.
The exchange cited the company's limited investment activity, shrinking portfolio and lack of sustainable returns.
WebX recorded revenue of only HK$16,000 in the first half of 2026 and had net assets of HK$7.14 million as of June 30.
The exchange also noted that the company's investment returns were insufficient to cover its corporate expenses.
The company has until Nov. 11 to request a review of the decision.
Shares of WebX plunged nearly 63% in Tuesday morning trade.
