Wilmar International (SGX:F34) said it sold fertilizers and diesel products for heavy equipment to six of the 10 companies named in Singapore's National Environment Agency notices regarding the fires in Indonesia, generating revenue of 371.3 billion Indonesian rupiah in FY2025.

In an update to its response to SGX RegCo's queries, Wilmar said none of the 10 companies were its subsidiaries, according to a Saturday filing to the Singapore bourse.

The company confirmed it had no operational, supply-chain or business relationships with four companies--Sumatera Alam Anugerah, Hutan Lestari Raya, Bangkanesia and Mananjung Hayak, which were among the 10 companies named in the NEA notices.

Wilmar shares were down over 2% in Monday's trade.
