Systech Digital Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WTS Capital (KLSE:WTS), has entered into a Gold-Tier Distributor Agreement with WPS Software to distribute WPS software products in Malaysia, according to a Friday filing to the Malaysian bourse.

Under the agreement, Systech Digital is authorized to distribute software-as-a-service subscriptions, perpetual software licences, private deployment solutions, software assurance services, upgrades, maintenance and technical training services.

The appointment is non-exclusive and allows WPS to sell its products directly or through other authorized distributors in Malaysia. The agreement will remain effective until Dec. 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier.

The agreement is not expected to have a material impact on earnings per share for the financial year ending March 2027.
