消息面上，美国中期选举结果落地，民主党意外横扫参众两院，特朗普政府面临“跛脚鸭”风险。周三布伦特原油一度大跌超10%，失守95美元。美国副总统万斯公开将共和党选举失利归因于伊朗战争，进一步强化市场对特朗普政府寻求外交途径、避免冲突升级的预期。民主党参议院领袖舒默也承诺，将推动结束伊朗战争。
对航空业而言，油价是利润表上最直接的变量。今年前三季度，三大航合计亏损84.35亿元，均将航油成本大幅上涨列为业绩变动主因。万联证券此前指出，如后续油价回落，压制航空股的核心因素缓解，板块具有较大修复弹性。
