美国芯片巨头英伟达于周五完成了对韩国门户网站巨头Naver的10亿美元投资，并通过第三方配股方式获得了该公司4.13%的股份，成为该公司第三大股东。
Naver在监管申报文件中表示，已通过定向增发向英伟达商发行逾 650 万股，募得资金 1.3 万亿韩元（折合 10 亿美元）。
英伟达对 Naver 的入股，将加速双方于6月宣布的“人工智能（AI）工厂”联合项目。Naver 计划构建基于图形处理器（GPU）的基础设施——首先从位于韩国中部城市世宗的“Gak Sejong”数据中心着手——旨在拓展其“GPU 即服务”（GPU-as-a-service）业务。
