Stock futures were struggling for direction on Friday as investors bet on a tech rebound ahead of the October jobs report.

Beaten-down AI stocks came roaring back after the previous session's brutal selloff. Chip maker Intel was up 4.4%, having slumped 50% over the past month due to disappointing third-quarter results.

Networking company Marvell jumped 7% and memory-card supplier Sandisk advanced 8.5%. Advanced Micro Devices, Coherent, Dell, Micron, Lumentum, Seagate, and Western Digital were also rising.

Airbnb surged 12%. The vacation rental site posted strong third-quarter results and raised its full-year outlook, citing strong travel demand. "Airbnb is back in growth mode," it said in a letter to shareholders.

Cloudflare advanced 15%. The cybersecurity company reported a 39% surge in third-quarter revenue and raised its guidance, helping shares rally after they slumped 8% in Thursday's tech selloff.

DraftKings tumbled 20%. The sports gambling company cut its earnings and revenue outlook for 2026 as it pours more money into growing its prediction markets business.

Lam Research rose 11%. The chip tool maker said its board had approved $25 billion in share buybacks and a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per common stock.

Monster Beverage fell 2.6%. The energy drink maker's third-quarter earnings met analysts' expectations, but investors may have been looking for a reason to lock in profit given shares are up 25% this year.
