RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology (HKG:3757, SHE:300757) unit FSG executed the purchase of certain office buildings, a factory, and construction land in Germany from real estate firm Mato, a Friday bourse filing showed.
The parties first entered into the contract on Oct. 27, in which FSG agreed to buy the properties for 9.8 million euros.
