BeOne Medicines' (ONC) Brukinsa to treat malignancies is likely to continue its healthy trajectory as Q3 results reflected better-than-expected commercial performance driven by high patient starts, adherence, and durability of response, RBC Capital Markets said in a Thursday research report.
The robust performance was also supported by a one-time $50 million tailwind due to ordering patterns, but management noted potential pricing pressures in 2027, RBC said. The brokerage said it expects Q4 Brukinsa revenue of $1.4 billion and a peak estimate of $9 billion.
BeOne Medicines reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $4.59 per diluted American depositary share, up from $2.65 a year earlier. Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.82.
Beyond Brukinsa, the business looked solid as management highlighted strength across geographies while operational expenditures were well controlled, analysts wrote.
The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and raised its price target to $465 per share from $459.
