13:02 ET--Airbnb's AI products are gaining traction, Raymond James analysts say. The company launched an AI natural-language search across its homes, experiences and services platforms, alongside AI-generated listing summaries and filters. Early adoption is strongest among younger travelers, the analysts say. Airbnb's AI customer services resolved about 40% of all customer support issues without human intervention in the latest quarter, the analysts say. That was up from 33% the quarter before. Meanwhile, the customer support cost per booking declined 17% year-over-year, driven largely by AI, the analysts say. Airbnb is developing a travel agent set to launch in the first half of next year.
