Campaign Terms and Conditions

1.0 Campaign Period

1.1 The promotion campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised and conducted by Tiger Brokers (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Tiger Brokers”).

1.2 The Campaign will commence on 22 October 2026 at 00:00:00 and end on 30 November 2026 at 23:59:59, both inclusive (the “Campaign Period”). All dates and times in these Terms and Conditions are in Singapore time.

1.3 The Campaign is open to new and existing clients who hold a valid Prime Account and successfully sign up for the Campaign.

2.0 Participation and Eligibility

2.1 Clients who hold a valid Prime Account can participate.

2.2 Clients must access the Campaign page within the Tiger Trade App and click the applicable participation or claim button to participate in the Campaign.

2.3 Clients must have the relevant US Options trading permission before placing any Eligible US Options trades.

2.4 Each eligible client may receive the rewards under Reward 1 and Reward 2 only once during the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of accounts held.

3.0. Eligible Products

3.1. For the purposes of Reward 1 and Reward 2, “Eligible US Options” means exchange-listed options contracts on:

  • individual stocks listed on a securities exchange in the United States; and

  • exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) listed on a securities exchange in the United States,

in each case available for trading through the Tiger Trade App during the Campaign Period.

3.2. The following products are excluded:

  • index options;

  • options on futures; and

  • any other options products that are not expressly included in Clause 3.1.

4.0. Campaign Rewards and Conditions

Reward 1: Three (3) Single-Use US Options Commission-Free Trade Cards, up to USD 5 Each

4.1 Each eligible client may claim up to three (3) single-use US Options Commission-Free Trade Cards, each offering a commission rebate of up to USD 5 per eligible US options order.

4.2 No deposit or trade is required to claim the Commission-Free Trade Cards.

4.3 Each Commission-Free Trade Card is a single-use card that rebates the commission charged on an eligible US options order placed through the Tiger Trade App, including a single-leg or combination (multi-leg) options order, up to USD 5 per card. The rebate cannot exceed the commission charged. After one successful use, the card is exhausted even if the rebate is less than USD 5; any unused portion of the cap cannot be carried forward to another order. The use requirements in Section 7 apply.

Reward 2: Earn up to 3,000 Tiger Coins

4.4. Eligible clients may earn Tiger Coins by completing the cumulative number of Qualifying Trades set out in the table below during the Campaign Period. These thresholds are measured by the number of qualifying orders, as calculated under Clause 5, and not by the number of option contracts.

Cumulative Qualifying OrdersReward5 qualifying orders1,000 Tiger Coins10 qualifying ordersAdditional 2,000 Tiger Coins

4.5. The maximum reward under Reward 2 is 3,000 Tiger Coins per eligible client.

4.6. An eligible client who completes 10 Qualifying Trades may receive a maximum of 3,000 Tiger Coins, subject to successful verification and reward claim.

4.7. Each reward may only be awarded once per eligible client.

5.0. Calculation of Qualifying Trades

5.1. For the purposes of Reward 2, a “Qualifying Trade” means a distinct order to open a position in Eligible US Options that is successfully executed during the Campaign Period. Both single-leg and multi-leg (combination) option orders may qualify, subject to Clauses 5.2–5.8.

5.2. Qualifying Trades are counted by the number of orders, not by the number of contracts. Each distinct qualifying order counts as one (1) Qualifying Trade, regardless of the number of option contracts or option legs within that order.

5.3. An order executed through multiple or partial fills counts as one (1) Qualifying Trade only. If an order is partially executed and its unexecuted portion is subsequently cancelled, it still counts as one (1) Qualifying Trade, provided that at least one Eligible US Options contract is successfully executed during the Campaign Period and the order satisfies the other requirements of this Clause 5.

5.4. A multi-leg (combination) option order submitted through the Tiger Trade App as a single strategy involving two or more option legs is treated as one order. Its constituent legs and individual fills are not counted as separate Qualifying Trades.

5.5. Only orders that open a position, including buy-to-open and sell-to-open orders and combinations of opening legs, qualify as Qualifying Trades for this Campaign.

5.6. Orders that close an existing position, including sell-to-close and buy-to-close orders, will not qualify.

5.7. There is no minimum transaction amount or minimum contract quantity beyond the execution requirement in Clause 5.3.

5.8. The following will not constitute Qualifying Trades:

  • wholly unexecuted, rejected, reversed or invalid orders;

  • orders cancelled without any Eligible US Options contract having been successfully executed;

  • simulated or paper trades;

  • option exercises;

  • option assignments; and

  • option expirations.

6.0. Reward Claim, Use and Issuance

6.1. All rewards under this Campaign must be manually claimed through Profile > Rewards in the Tiger Trade App from 22 October 2026 at 00:00:00 to 30 November 2026 at 23:59:59 (Singapore time), both inclusive. This claim period is the Campaign Period.

6.2. Each single-use Commission-Free Trade Card is valid for thirty (30) days from the time it is successfully claimed and must be used within that period, regardless of when it is claimed during the Campaign Period. The card's validity is not shortened by the end of the Campaign Period. Any card not used within its 30-day validity period will expire and will not be reissued. Tiger Coins must be used or redeemed by 30 November 2026 at 23:59:59 (Singapore time); any unredeemed Tiger Coins will expire at that deadline and will not be reissued. Rewards not claimed by the deadline in Clause 6.1 will expire and will not be reissued.

6.3. Rewards will generally be credited immediately following a successful claim, subject to system processing and verification by Tiger Brokers Singapore.

7.0 Reward Description

US Options Commission-Free Trade Cards (Single Use)

  • Each Reward 1 card is a single-use US Options Commission-Free Trade Card. It rebates commission on one eligible US options order, up to USD 5. Successful use exhausts the card even if the rebate is below USD 5; no unused portion of the cap can be reused. Clauses 4.1–4.3 apply.

  • Each Commission-Free Trade Card takes effect upon activation. Its thirty (30)-day validity period begins at the time of successful claim, and the card must be used within that period, even if its expiry falls after the end of the Campaign Period. Activation does not restart or extend the validity period. Each card's validity is calculated separately from its own successful claim time. Any unused card expires at the end of its 30-day validity period.

  • The commission-free card adopts the form of deduction first and then refund. Users need to bind the commission-free card to place an order within the validity period of the commission-free card and complete the transaction to use the card's single commission rebate. Users can check the option to bind the commission-free card on the order page of versions 8.0.8 and above (the old version will not be able to choose to use the commission-free card). If your order has a matching commission-free card, the system will automatically check the commission-free card option with the earliest expiration time for you when placing an order; if you want to cancel or change the commission-free card option, you can manually cancel or change it when placing an order.

  • To use a Commission-Free Trade Card, the card must be bound to an eligible order and that order must be submitted and fully executed within the card's thirty (30)-day validity period from successful claim. An order fully executed after the card expires is not eligible for the commission rebate. Merely claiming or activating a card, or submitting an order without full execution, does not constitute use of the card.

  • After the eligible order is fully executed and the card is successfully used, its single use is consumed, and the exempted commission will be returned to the user's Tiger account in cash. The commission exempted for the Prime account will be returned within 1 minute after the order is completed. Users can view the commission refund details through the card details page in the reward center, or through [Tiger Trade App>Positions>Orders] or [Tiger Trade App>Positions>More>Fund Details]. For the purpose of the card's 30-day validity period, the card is used when the eligible bound order is fully executed. Subsequent processing or crediting of the rebate does not extend the period for using the card or invalidate a rebate earned through timely use.

  • Binding a card to an order reserves its single use; the card cannot be bound to another order while that use is reserved. The use is consumed only when the eligible order is fully executed within the card's thirty (30)-day validity period from successful claim. If the order is cancelled before full execution, the reserved use is released and can be used again only while the card remains valid. Cancellation does not restart or extend the card's validity period. Unfilled or partially filled orders do not receive a rebate. After a successful use, the card cannot be reused, regardless of the rebate amount.

  • Users who use App Quick Order need to use version 8.1.3 or above to use the commission-free card (old versions of Lightning Order/Quick Order cannot use the commission-free card); users who use PC Lightning Order can use the commission-free card in any version. Whether App Quick Order or PC Lightning Order, it does not support the selection of card coupons when placing an order. The system will automatically use the commission-free card with the earliest expiration date within the validity period.

  • Commission-free cards are not currently supported for option exercise orders.
