Xiwang Special Steel Company Limited is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of steel products. The Company operates through four business segments. The Ordinary Steel segment is engaged in the production and sales of ordinary steel products. The Special Steel segment is engaged in the production and sales of special steel products. The Trading of Commodities segment is mainly engaged in the trading of commodities, such as iron ore dust, pellet, steel billets and coke. The By-products segment is engaged in the sales of by-products, such as steel slag, steam and electricity. The Company is also involved in the purchase and sales of steel scrap through its subsidiaries.
