SDM Education Group Holdings Ltd, formerly SDM Group Holdings Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the operation of dance academies. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Dance Academy Business segment operates jazz and ballet and pop dance academies, mainly operates under the brand of SDM Jazz and Ballet Academie. The Segment provides elementary courses, the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) jazz courses, Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet courses, and other courses, and sells dance uniforms, shoes and accessories. The Early Childhood Education Business segment operates kindergartens and pre-schools, provides elementary and enrichment courses. The Segment also sells uniforms and accessories. The Adult Education and Training Business segment provides adult language courses. The Other Operating segment provides swallowing and speech treatments and photographic services for children.
