Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.brillianceauto.com).

In line with the paperless regime introduced under Listing Rule 2.07, Brilliance China has formally adopted mandatory electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to continue receiving printed materials must submit a written or email request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Conversely, those preferring electronic access should ensure their designated bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary has a valid postal or email address on record; otherwise, these investors will need to monitor the HKEX and company websites directly for future publications.

Shareholders encountering difficulties in accessing the online report may obtain a hard copy free of charge by contacting the share registrar or emailing BrillianceChinaAuto.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

The notice is dated 24 September 2026 and signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Zhang Yue on behalf of the board.
