德莱建业集团有限公司（01546，Thelloy Development Group Limited）与World Nexus Holdings Limited（要约人）3月20日联合刊发综合要约文件，并随附《股份接纳及过户表格》。根据文件，World Nexus已就德莱建业全部已发行普通股提出全面无条件现金要约，每股作价0.19港元。
要约为无条件性质，股东如欲接纳须于2026年4月10日（星期五）16:00前，将已填妥的接纳及过户表格连同相关股票及其他所有权文件，经邮寄或亲自递交方式送达香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司。要约人保留在取得证监会执行人员同意后延长接纳期限的权利。
文件显示，凡于截止时间前有效接纳要约的股东，将在登记处收到相关文件后七个工作日内，获发划线支票支付对价；卖方需承担所需的从价印花税。通过要约转让的股份将于无任何权利负担及连同自综合文件寄发日起所宣派或派付的所有股息及其他分派一并转移至要约人或其指定人士名下。
