Tong Ren Tang Tech Switches to Full Electronic Distribution of Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 27

Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. has confirmed the transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, encompassing directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Key points:

1. Coverage and Access • Both English and Chinese versions of every forthcoming corporate communication will be posted on the company website (www.tongrentangkj.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). • Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

2. Shareholder Engagement • Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Until a functional email is on record, the company will continue sending “Actionable Corporate Communications” (materials requiring shareholder instructions or elections) in printed form.

3. Opt-In for Hard Copies • Shareholders preferring printed communications may submit the reply form or email tongrentangtech@computershare.com.hk, quoting name and address. • Such hard-copy requests remain effective for one year from the company’s receipt of the instruction.

4. Effective Date and Support • The reminder letter, dated 28 April 2026, follows an initial notification issued on 4 March 2024. • Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).

This initiative aligns Tong Ren Tang Tech’s investor relations practice with industry trends toward digital communication, streamlining information delivery and reducing paper usage.
