UNI MEDICAL (02666) announced that China Global Leasing Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the issuance of its second series of notes in China on August 22, 2025, with an actual issuance amount of RMB 500 million. The second series notes will mature three years from August 25, 2025, carrying a fixed interest rate of 2.29%. The notes were issued at RMB 100.0 per note, with the issuance price equivalent to 100% of the face value of the second series notes.
