Bank of Chongqing Announces Shareholding of Fude Life Insurance and Fude Resources Drops Below 5% Threshold

On June 26th, a financial news update reported that Bank of Chongqing Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 601963) issued an announcement stating that on June 24th, 2026, Dah Sing Bank purchased 30 million H-shares of the bank from Fude Resources Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank's H-shareholder Fude Life Insurance Co., Ltd., through a block trade.

The bank confirmed this change in H-share interests with the relevant shareholders.

Prior to this change, the combined shareholding ratio of Fude Life Insurance and its subsidiary Fude Resources exceeded 5%. Following this transaction, their aggregate shareholding has fallen below the 5% mark.

This movement in shareholding interests has triggered the 5% reporting threshold.
