Purapharm Corporation Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report and accompanying circular in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews portal and the company’s website.

In line with the paperless listing framework under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, the company has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. These documents—ranging from annual and interim reports to meeting notices and proxy forms—will now be accessible exclusively through the company and HKEXnews websites unless a shareholder specifically requests hard-copy delivery.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive printed materials must submit a request—stating name, address and preferred format—either by email (purapharm.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by written notice to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders intending to receive future communications electronically are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees). Failure to do so will require investors to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently for updates.
