截至2026年6月30日止六个月，高奥士人才集团营收约1.41亿港元，对比2025年同期约1.36亿港元，增长约4,812万港元，增幅为3.5%。经营活动现金流在报告期由上年同期约-818.6万港元提升至约23.5万港元。员工成本由约1.21亿港元上升至约1.27亿港元，占营收比重从约89.0%提高至约90.2%。同期其他开支及亏损由约1,240万港元增长至约1,450万港元。
业务分项
招聘服务方面，报告期内收入约3,623万港元，较上年同期约3,696万港元略有下滑。其中，香港招聘服务收益由约2,765万港元降至约2,541万港元，下降约2,234万港元；内地招聘服务收入由约802万港元升至约1,017万港元，增幅为26.8%；新加坡招聘服务收入由约129万港元降至约65万港元。调派及支薪服务方面，收入约1.05亿港元，较上年同期约9,933万港元增长5.6%。截至报告期末，集团共拥有内部员工145名，调派员工1,045名，较2025年末时的1,475名调派员工与132名内部员工有所调整。
