太古股份公司A（0019.HK）宣布，将透过配售方式减持其持有的部分国泰航空（00293.HK）股份。根据公告，该公司计划以每股11.74港元的价格，出售1.531亿股国泰航空股份。
此次配售预计可为太古股份带来约17.89亿港元的净收益。公司表示，计划将所得资金用于一般营运资金需求。通过此次交易，太古股份预计将录得约3.65亿港元的收益。
配售完成后，太古股份在国泰航空的持股比例将恢复至其历史水平，持股总量约占国泰航空已发行股份的45.12%。此次出售的股份相当于国泰航空已发行股份总数的2.52%。
