Due to work adjustments, Ms. Huang Fang resigned from her positions as non-executive director of the bank, chairman and member of the Board's Consumer Rights Protection Committee. Given that Ms. Huang Fang has officially stepped down as non-executive director of the bank, according to relevant board resolutions, Mr. Wang Yankang will assume the role of chairman of the 7th Board of Directors' Consumer Rights Protection Committee effective August 19, 2025.
