First Sponsor Group Limited said that its relevant subsidiaries lodged appeals on Aug, 03 2026 with the Dongguan Intermediate People’s Court against earlier judgments from the Dongguan No. 2 People’s Court concerning the group’s residential units in the Humen Oasis Mansion Project.
The property developer stated it will continue to defend its position and will issue further updates in line with Singapore Exchange listing rules as material developments arise.
