根据公告，毅兴行有限公司（“本集团”）于截至2025年12月31日止六个月经调整净利润不少于100万港元，而去年同期公司股东应占亏损为680.3万港元。本期内，全球政经环境仍处于调整周期，美国关税政策影响持续显现，外围终端需求较为审慎。不过，受益于本集团聚焦核心业务并提高整体毛利率，同时市场利率下行带来利息成本压力的降低，本集团本期实现扭亏为盈。
成本结构方面，本集团整体毛利及毛利率均有所上升，利息成本压力也因市场利率下行而得到显著缓解。
