中木国际控股有限公司（简称“中木国际”）宣布，公司股本削减及股份分拆相关安排已满足所有条件，将于2026年6月5日（星期五）上午九时正（香港时间）前正式生效，新股份同日上午九时正起开始买卖。
公告显示，开曼群岛法院确认股本削减及股份分拆指令的副本，以及载有公司法规定股本削减详情的会议记录，已提交开曼群岛公司注册处处长并完成正式登记，通函中所载实施股本削减及股份分拆的所有其他条件亦已达成。
关于股票换领安排，股东可在2026年6月5日至7月15日（均含当日）的任何营业日上午九时至下午四时，将现有红色股票送交公司香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司（地址：香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼），免费换领新股份的深红色股票，相关费用由公司承担。2026年7月15日后换领新股票，需按每份已签发或已注销股票（以较高者为准）支付2.50港元费用。公告同时指出，所有现有股票将继续作为相关股份所有权的有效凭证，可用于交收、买卖及结算。
