开源控股(01215)发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月财报，本期实现营收约1.77亿元（去年同期约0.75亿元），同比增长约136.6%。成本端，本期销售成本约1.32亿元，上年同期约0.85亿元，同比增长约56%。毛利约0.44亿元，而去年同期为-0.10亿元。行政开支约0.18亿元，上年同期约0.16亿元，较去年同期微增。
业务分项
酒店经营方面，本期营收约1.77亿元，同比大增，主要由于集团的Paris Marriott Hotel Champs-Elysees在完成客房、走廊、窗户及空调系统翻新后已全面对外开放，带动平均住房费上升，入住率约73.1%，去年同期为33.4%。平均房价为678欧元，与去年同期695欧元的水平略有回落，但整体客房收益水平因入住率提升而增长。
集团融资本期尚未形成按揭贷款营收。该分部经营保持谨慎态势，继续关注市场走向和风险管理。
