希迪智驾(新)(03881)于2026年3月23日公告，已于2026年3月2日完成资本重组。根据该方案，公司将每股面值人民币1元的已发行股份拆细为每股面值人民币0.1元的10股，同步适用于H股和内资股。
本次资本重组使公司H股由拆细前的42,443,892股增加至424,438,920股，增幅约900%。同期，公司内资股由1,345,418股增至13,454,180股，增幅同样约900%。资本重组完成后，公司H股和内资股数量均已相应变动。
公司在公告中确认，已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。本次公告由执行董事胡斯博签署。
