Food Empire shareholders endorse FY2025 results and declare 0.09 Singapore dollars dividend

Food Empire Holdings (F03) said its shareholders approved all resolutions at the annual general meeting held on Apr, 17 2026 at Four Points by Sheraton Singapore.

The meeting adopted the directors’ statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, with 424.66 million votes in favour and 3,000 against.

Investors backed a final dividend of 0.05 Singapore dollars per ordinary share and a special dividend of 0.04 Singapore dollars per share for FY2025. The payout was supported by 424.31 million votes (99.93%).

Shareholders re-elected chief executive Sudeep Nair, Tan Guek Ming and Ong Kian Min to the board, approved directors’ fees of 541,000 Singapore dollars, and re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as auditor.

Mandates were granted for the issuance of up to 50% of share capital, the operation of the 2012 and 2022 employee option schemes, the 2022 performance share plan, and the renewal of the 10% share buyback mandate.

The meeting concluded at 3:55 p.m. with all resolutions passed by at least 90% of votes cast.
