中国交通建设股份有限公司（“中国交建”，H 股代码：01800，A 股代码：601800）于2026年2月4日发布截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司本月股本结构维持不变，法定注册股本合计人民币162.7464亿股，其中 H 股为人民币44.18476亿股，A 股为人民币118.56168225亿股。
根据月报披露，截至1月末，公司已发行 H 股总数4,418,476,000股，较上月无新增或减少。A 股方面亦维持11,856,168,225股不变。此外，公司在2025年9月至2026年1月期间，累计回购42,771,746股A股，相关股份尚未完成注销，故并未改变当期已发行股数。
月报显示，公司目前无期权、认股权证或可换股债券等股份衍生及激励计划的新增或变动事项。公司并确认已符合香港联合交易所有限公司就H股最低公众持股量的相关规定。
本次公告由董事会秘书刘正昶、公司秘书俞京京联合签署。公司表示，上述回购股份后续将按相关程序完成注销，后续情况将进一步公告。
