德莱建业集团有限公司（01546，以下简称“德莱建业”）与World Nexus Holdings Limited（以下简称“World Nexus”）12日联合公告，就World Nexus透过力高证券有限公司提出的强制性无条件现金要约进度作出月度更新。
公告回顾，双方已于2026年1月28日披露买卖协议及可能要约，并于2月12日宣布要约完成及延迟寄发综合文件；2月13日，执行人员批准将综合文件寄发期限延长至2026年3月20日或之前。
最新公告显示，双方正落实综合文件内容，预计将在2026年3月20日或之前寄发。如时间表需调整，德莱建业将另行公告。
公告同时提醒股东在决定是否接纳要约前须细阅综合文件，并在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
