According to a report, VIGONVITA-B (02630) rose more than 4% in the afternoon session. As of press time, the stock was up 4.63% at HK$84.7, with a turnover of HK$6.8314 million.

On the news front, recently, VIGONVITA's Class 1 innovative drug VV119 capsules have officially entered the Phase II clinical research stage and completed dosing of the first trial participant. This marks the transition of VV119's clinical development from early-stage safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic evaluation into the patient efficacy verification phase, laying the foundation for subsequent clinical development.

The Phase II clinical study being conducted will focus on evaluating the clinical efficacy, safety, and dose-response relationship of VV119 in patients with schizophrenia, and further explore its therapeutic effects on different symptoms. The study is planned to be completed by the end of 2027, and the relevant research results will provide important basis for determining the recommended dose for VV119's subsequent clinical use, optimizing development strategy, and conducting larger-scale pivotal clinical studies.
