ISP Holdings (02340.HK) Pushes Back Circular Dispatch for 2026 ISP Works Master Agreement to 20 April 2026

ISP Holdings Limited announced a further delay in sending its shareholder circular related to the renewal of continuing connected transactions under the 2026 ISP Works Master Agreement.

The company originally targeted distribution by 20 March 2026, following its delay notice on 13 February 2026. Additional time is now required to finalise the information package, and the board expects dispatch to occur on or before 20 April 2026.

The forthcoming circular will include: 1. Comprehensive details of the 2026 ISP Works Master Agreement; 2. Recommendations from the Independent Board Committee to independent shareholders; 3. An advisory letter from the Independent Financial Adviser; and 4. Notice of the Special General Meeting.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman Kingston Chu Chun Ho and dated 20 March 2026. Current board composition remains unchanged, comprising two executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
