Creative China expands share capital by 19.80% after issuing 114.42 million new shares for acquisition

Creative China Holdings Limited disclosed in its resubmitted July 2026 monthly return that it issued 114.42 million ordinary shares on 30 July 2026 at HK$0.218 per share under a general mandate approved on 12 June 2026. The shares were allotted as consideration for an acquisition, as detailed in the company’s 9 July 2026 announcement.

The new issuance lifted the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 692.22 million from 577.80 million, representing a 19.80% month-on-month expansion.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.60 billion shares with a par value of HK$0.05, equivalent to HK$80.00 million.

There were no movements involving share options, warrants, convertibles, or treasury shares during the month.

Creative China confirmed that the post-issue public float satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% requirement.
