中裕能源控股有限公司（股票代码：03633）于2026年4月28日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购公司普通股合计100万股，约占该次回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）总数的0.0366%。本次回购价格介乎每股港币2.73元至港币2.74元，合计支付约273.66万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本变更为2,733,805,157股，当日库藏股数量增至14,500,000股。
根据公告，回购授权由股东大会于2025年6月2日通过，公司可回购股份总数为277,179,515股，迄今已回购14,500,000股，占该回购授权通过日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.5231%。公告显示，公司将遵守相关法律法规及香港联交所证券上市规则进行后续相关操作。
公司表示，在完成此次回购后，于2026年5月27日之前将暂时停止进一步发行新股或再出售、转让库存股份。公告由董事吕小强签署。
