香港兴业国际集团有限公司公布截至2025年9月30日止6个月财务数据，报告期内实现营收19.255亿港元，同比增长125.9%。经调整后净利润（“基础溢利”）为0.45亿港元，同比大幅上升283%。同期毛利为3.643亿港元，销售成本15.612亿港元，同比增长182.4%。销售、行政及其他营运开支为3.166亿港元，较上年同期略微下降。
业务分项
物业发展业务在本期实现营收12.735亿港元，较上年同期的1.871亿港元激增，主要因中国内地新项目“兴云间”在期内完成并确认销售收入。物业投资板块营收为2.431亿港元，同比略有下滑，部分主要商用物业在本期内出租率下降；交通服务及物业管理业务营收为1.455亿港元，酒店业务11.06亿港元，休闲业务1.528亿港元，整体呈稳健态势。
展望
管理层表示，全球经济和地缘政治环境依旧不确定，但仍将把握中国内地主要城市的楼市复苏机会，并稳步推动香港愉景湾等重点项目发展。在持续优化成本结构和精细化管理的同时，公司将审慎评估潜在投资机遇，以进一步巩固经营韧性并实现长期增值。
